Well to be honest, "Awesome compared to 68K alternatives" is what I am calling out here. Awesome literally means to inspire awe. As nice as MorphOS is (and it is definitely an excellent Amiga user experience) I think it's a stretch to claim it's awe inspiring compared to 68K alternatives. After all, UAE and Amithlon are both "68K alternatives" and both are capable of running customised 3.x installation that can do pretty much anything any PPC NG machine can, except for running PPC native code, that is.

No, that's just not true. You can't get all the nice features MorhpOS has no matter how would you try to hack&patch 3.x with 3rd party software. And the result will always be unstable mess, a house of cards waiting to crash.
