I owe an Amiga 1200; an 030(FPU)/32MB specs yet but hopefully will turn into an 060/64MB soon. I greatly enjoy AmigaOS 3.2.1 to date, but lately recalled AROS 68k. Since I have an HDD with the plenty of space and I also used to owe a Vampire Standalone with ApolloOS, I was thinking of putting AROS 68k distribution into my Amiga shortly as a side-OS.
Has anyone managed to, successfully, yet? I scanned the internet for the record, there's only one thread on amiga.org, but it won't imply nothing.
Hi... unfortunately Aros 68k currently only works with aros roms preinstalled. There was a mechanism to install aros roms in fast ram during booting but that does not work currently
