I am Paranoid! What if hackers hacked the BIOS in a Way that a Virtual Machine is loaded before Windows is even installed?

I mean BIOS gets flashed with a Coreboot Virtual Machine aming to be the original BIOS
even before you reinstall Windows. And then if you feel your Windows is hacked you reinstall
and got no chance anymore to get rid of the Hackers!

What do you think!?

UEFI exploits are a thing. They can be used to install payloads that will reinfect after a total disk wipe and reinstall.

My PCs are hacked Try if Windows Shortvuts like CTRL ALT S or others work.. Normally it should be possible to change your Windows PC Network Name to something like
QBITXEON10008xy9cv987xvyc7v0yx780f89d77g9 or something in Windows.. if you can`t you are hacked!


There should be secutity for Network Names.. Network Names should be encrypted and have easy Aliases for the User and there should be an Instance where you must ask for Network Access first.

Is just me, is this this a bit ironic, worried about PC insecurity while running least secure OS ever (AmigaOS) .. pure luck, we don’t know of any recent attempts trying to exploit it.
