You can order a handheld console on Amazon for 40€, it can emulate Amiga, DOS and even Playstation1. It comes with a game pack I would describe as 'highly illegal'.

If you are interested look for

Powkiddy V90 ( 500MHz ARM 320x240 pixel for 8-Bit games )
Miyoo Mini ( 1,2 GHz ARM 640x489 pixel for 16 Bit games )
Anbernic RG351MP ( 1,5 GHz ARM 640x489 pixel for 16 Bit games )

There are plenty of others, often sold with a µSD card full of ROMs.
