HI All, I have just done a new OS3.2 install on my Amiga A1200 on CF IDE card. And then updated with BestClassicWB. Every things is running fine, did a clean install. Then I install "EasyNetPro" from CD and added iBrowse 2.4 and 2.5.5. Also
AmiFTP and 2 versions of AWEB. I have never really had a problem with "EasyNetPro" as long as it is setup correctly and I am able to go into it and do a Ping with no lost packets. But when I try to run iBrowse or AWeb, I can see the data from the site loading but when it finishes I only have a blank page in my Browser, no matter which one Browser I use. Also AmiFTP will not connect to Aminet even though it always has, just hangs there now. Could be two different issues, like the port number for making an FTP connection? Could someone help me please and explain what could be going on. Would be a great help to me.
Thank you,
Brad Hansen

@Punkyclown

You are more than likely behind at least one layer of NAT, and no matter how "Pro" the EasyNet package is, it doesn't do path MTU discovery. So try to lower the MTU setting manually on the interface, it should be some setting somewhere that by default is 1500. Try with 1492, or 1484 and see if that helps.

Oh and for FTP client behind NAT, use passive mode.

@kolla Thanks so much for the insight, but I'm going to need a lot more help.
There is no place in "EasyNetPro" that gives a 'MTU" setting. This has always
worked before on my A1200s, no problem at all. Why has it suddenly become
an issue? Could it be in the Device driver, in this case "CNET.device? Could not
find any setting in AmiFTP to set to Passive mode. What about the fact that this
software "iBrowse" calls for "ClassAct" and that doesn't load with OS3.2? What TCP/IP would you suggest?
Thanks for pitching in, on Amiga.org I have 49 views and no replies...
I have an RTC chip set installed and it is running fine.

@amigagr Hi, I was watching a video about a gentleman using iBrowse and
he said you should change your background setting to "Shine" (White). So I did
and that's why I always had a blank screen. I set up iBrowse on a different hard drive
and it was working fine! Then I went in and changed the background again. End of
working fine. So I realized what my problem was... What can you do? I am using
the Demo version of iBrowse 2.5.5 so maybe if I owned it I would be able to change
it. So that was my solution. Thanks for all the help!
