Your new WinUAE release is here, with a yuletide changelog full of win.

https://www.winuae.net/2022/12/17/winuae-4-10-0/

Install it. Unless you are performing life saving surgery, stop what you are doing and install it now. I mean, even then, make a value judgement call.

That is all.

@Karlos

The only Windows machine I have has Snapdragon 8cx Gen 3 Aarch64 cores.

I demand WinUAE be compiled by someone else to run on this machine as making demands on other people is the one true Amiga way!

Silence! Obtain an x64 machine. You don't need Windows, runs happily on Linux/Wine for me.

@Karlos

15hr battery life trumps x64 brute force every time now.

I’m not 21 anymore. ;)

@Bosanac

You installed windows of your own volition and compounded the crime by doing it on AArch64?

@Karlos

Wash your mouth out with soap and water young man!

The day I willingly install windows will be the day the Pope comes out of the closet.

Can’t buy these machines without windows on them lol

It WoWs very well. Better than OS4 Petunias or MorphOS Trances even.

@bison

I don't know which OS the Pope uses, but I heard the Vatican uses PayPal for financial transactions.

@all

I am running BOINC on Windows, I always have to disable BOINC to watch Videos or use WinUAE.. On youtube the Video stutters.. on WinUAE the GFx are OK but the Sound stutters!
:-/

If I disable GPU Computing on BOINC everything runs fine!

I also have to disable folding@home!

But it is all GPU related!
