Has anyone played the Pinball Dreams 2 port yet? I'd never even heard of it until they started porting it to the Amiga! It seems like it was done by Spidersoft for the PC back in 1996 rather than Dice but it looks interesting. The preview 2 version was released on 06.01.2023! Check it out on EAB if interested.

On Amiga it should really fast just moved start of screen, and cooper can do it.
he should learn to a write cooper list. (See “Screen Offset” in Amos)

@NutsAboutAmiga

Hmmm, that's annoying! Is it dependent on CPU grunt then for speed? I'll try it tonight.

@NutsAboutAmiga

Ok, I tried it on an 060 AGA machine and I can report that the vertical scrolling is not as smooth as it needs to be. There is only one table out of the four playable at the moment and it's the third one so I thought my function keys were broken as only F3 does anything on the table select! It is 1-player only at the moment and it doesn't seem to quit to Workbench correctly just fading to black and needing a reboot. However, it has promise and it's great to see an old 21st Century pinball game ported to the Amiga as it is their spiritual home let's be honest!

@Thread

Revenge of the Robot Warriors (the only playable one) is a fun table though and I'm looking forward to seeing the finished version with smoother scrolling and some sound effects hopefully.
