That`s the Point in Computers in my eyes.. making it as usable as possible to disabled people and give them a creative tool and that`s the main point in my Opinion!

Create Computers that make disabled People feel enabled! That`s what Amiga really was about back in the day!

Well for dyslectics, there many major game changes. recently “voice to text”, and “text to voice” technology intergraded into Microsoft-office, so I think it’s great idea to have it integrated, and built into the OS, and web browser, this can be interesting. Its kinds funny to think we had SAY already in workbench1.2, it never really integrated into dialog boxes, and input boxes, and office. but technology is huge help to proofreading, and to minimize mistake in first place. Regarding people bad eyesight, there magnification tool, I remember is show as proof of concept for composition many years ago. Colorblind has had option to change colors in OS for a long time, it can go backwards in this regard, we kind moving away from pen / palette-based graphics to true color graphics, some customization can be come a thing of the past. stephen hawking used his eye slight to control a mouse. So, eye tracking technology does not really require OS support. I think some just plugs into USB acks like a mouse till do It just fine. heavily disabled people will have the chip / brain interface, this be next step, you create virtual bodies to interface with virtual keyboard or mouse, or an environment. That type of technology can be probably integrated into games and will become common, if the technology becomes safe.

Ok thx for your clairification!

I did a recording of my girlfriend anybody regards as a simple Person.. her Parents were killed in Psychiatry in the 70s and she is forced to Therapy.. she is very weak but I could motivate her to play some Notes on the Keyboard I provided her, she is VERY important to me.. I sometimes have my troubles with her, but I love her.

The next link is more of a motivational Intention, If she can create something.. most People could:

Christa Angelika Thon - First Try, music of a disabled and destroyed Person!

Here another recording I did of Carmen, she is forced to Therapy too, I love her Music and her:

Carmen Alice Ungrad : Improvisation

@QBit

The type of problem your describing, not sure computers are the best to treat it, its seams counter productive to isolate yourself or her in front of a computer screen, physical exercise has great benefits to mental health, as well as strengthen her body, perhaps looks for noncompetitive kinds of sports. It can be fun for her to compete against herself and see improvements.

@QBit

I’m not expert on your problems, but perhaps, I give you my thoughts about it.

I think we all have little bit of that, staying up to late, sleeping to little, getting grumpy, tired, over stimulated from all kinds of news, and click bate, addictions. Overworked, depressed, oversleeping. And seeking comfort or attention in the wrong ways/things. We know why but keep doing the same mistakes, don’t we. And then we hate ourselves for wasting time, and not getting anything done.

it's not as uncommon as you might think, some cures getting organized, writing lists, focused by force yourself, to look at list before doing other things. And set limits to when, and what you buy things. Don’t just write list of work, write list of things you want to do as well, it can be good to have when you feel depressed. (And the list should be about things does not put yourself in financial debt.) (I promise you feel better about yourself, if your TODO list becomes smaller, you have less to beat yourself up about.)

@kolla

I think that’s a different topic.

Vampires and A1222’s
680x0 without FPU’s and MMU’s

And all other crap we keep installing, that does not even have simple 3D support.

LOL.

I read the following @ facebook:

We don`t need to get out of the System, the System must get out of us!

My Problem with that is: How can I explain that to my most loved friends full of fright due to intimidation caused by longterm forced Psychiatric Therapy under massive Medication and everyday control by People they don`t really like who have not and cannot achieve the Position I have achieved in my Life, although I have kind of the same mental disorder and due to circumstances I cannot explain simply aren`t so lucky as I am?
Fuck the System!

To be honest that Question is quite more relevant to me in my Personal Life and I don`t know how to help myself in that!

OK I know also kind of first World Problems. Somewhere else millions of People are starving!
