The PS4 includes a secondary ARM processor (with separate 256 MiB of RAM) to assist with background functions and OS features.

We develop systems that allow programs developed for our entertainment game devices to run on game devices with different architectures. Specifically, we aim to make it possible for many game titles developed for PlayStation to run on systems with new architectures. This system is required to have a mechanism that makes it easy to analyze malfunctions when problems occur.

This could cover non-PlayStation platforms.
A gaming PC with a dominant NVIDIA CUDA GpGPU family is not a PlayStation architecture.
PS5 GPU is missing most of DirectX12U's features i.e. missing mesh shaders (including task or amplification shader), and variable rate shading.
PS5 GPU forked from RDNA 1 with RDNA 2's raytracing. PS5 GPU's primitive shaders are from RDNA 1.
Xbox Series X and PC RDNA 2's DirectX12U features are influenced by NVIDIA's RTX Turing.
Both AMD's RDNA 1 and NVIDIA's Turing offered different next-generation graphics pipelines (NGGP). Microsoft selected NVIDIA's Turing NGGP path and imposed changes on RDNA.
Windows Radeon drivers don't recognize PS5 APUs with active IGP in BC-250 SKU i.e. only VGA mode.
