No one said that you must trash your old machine. I just said that there will be no prerelease for the CSPPC. There will still be a final release for CSPPC.

How far do you live from other Amiga Users?
I am sure you could try out OS4 on somene elses A1 until yours is ready.

It is the italian portal dedicated to alt OSes. Amiga is the king there. Infact in the forum you can find the biggest Amiga comunity in italy, and also you can have a big discount buying an AmigaOne from our sponsor: Alternative Technology.
Check the forums, we are from all around Italy.
And....... probably will be another Amiga Show in Italy...... but i can't speak about it now, it is to early
