from what I gather, it's around 10-15 people. :)

it would be pretty cool to have a gathering of AW regulars at the show.. :))

It's gonna be nice to meet all of you! I really hope there will
be some sort name tags available this year, so that people
can pick each other out.

@Toaks
Yes I remember our little talk, albeit you would probably
have to introduce yourself again this year, since I cannot
for my life remember what you looked like ...

Is "The Beard" Ole-Egil going to attend?

We're thinking about letting people join the organisers/exhibitors at Tres that wants to. I don't see why not, it'd only be nice.
(snapp)

He is talking about the dinner later that evening. We have reserved a part of the restaurant for crew/exhibitors/vip.
But since many from AW is travelling a long way to come to the fair, I guess that falls under "vip's"

The Lunch is avalible for everyone. And we really can't prevent anyone from staying for dinner afterwards either, it is just that we have to order the food probably the day before. You could of cource still order from the regular menu if you are unsure..

Thanks for your preorders guys! It really helps a lot when you pay your ticket in advance!

And everyone who pays in advance will have the chance to win prizes, this will be announced in a few days

Will there be Pegasos/MorphOS stuff too, or is it strictly amiga?

If it includes something of the above convincing a friend to take the trip with me would be a lot easier :)

Sincerely,

-Kenneth Straarup.

I too want to come

Why does it have to be 100 mil to Göteborg
And all my Amiga friends around here have all left the scene. Sigh.

Would be fun to finaly be able to go to an Amiga show. Would be more great if i could buy AOS 4 and an AmigaONE there *hint*

That looks like an excellent place for this event to be held!

I will likely be able to be there myself! I will be coming via Graz as I will be working in Austria these upcoming months.

Brian (AKA Guyver) and I have 2 seats available in his car.

We will be going from Hillerød saturday morning and returning to Hillerød somtime during sunday.

If anyone needs a lift to go to Gothenborg you are welcome to contact either of us. We will split the costs.

We could also pick up people in Helsingborg or Helsingør.

Hi Kenneth,

This is entirely up to the exhibitors. AmiGBG's official statement this year is that the event is focused is on the "Amiga". And with this we meen the "AmigaOS".

But I know that GGS-Data is one of the exhibitors, and I would be surprised if he didn't show off some peg's. Onyxsoft develops applications for morphos as well, so they might have some stuff.

SAK - The Swedish Atari Club will be there too

Yo guys,

I've made a short list of cheap hostels in Gothenburg. There's probably many more, even cheaper. But this is the ones I could find on www.gulasidorna.se. (If You know of a good hostel/hotel please PM me so I can add it on the list!)

I will try to put this list on the website as well.

Vandrarhem i Göteborg/Hostels in Gothenburg
===========================================
Masthuggsterrassens Vandrarhem http://www.mastenvandrarhem.com (031-42 48 20) fr. 150SEK/person
Kvibergs Vandrarhem o. Stugby http://www.kvibergs-vandrarhem.se/main.asp?L=uk (031-43 50 55) fr. 150SEK/person (min 5 ppl)
Slottsskogens Vandrarhem AB http://www.slottsskogenvh.se/english/index.htm (031-42 65 20/mail@sov.nu) fr. 155SEK/person
Vandrarhem Stigbergsliden http://www.hostel-gothenburg.com/eng/index.html (031-24 16 20) fr. 165SEK/person
Grethe's hostel http://www.grethes.com/eg.htm (031-40 31 26) fr. 200SEK/person
Vandrarhem Linné - (031-12 10 60) ?
Göteborgs Mini-Hotel - (031-24 10 23) ?

Most of them are within 10 min from town. And many have breakfast buffes from about 50SEK.

/shoe, see you all in Gothenburg!

Doesn't look like it.

Hi shoe

> But I know that GGS-Data is one of the exhibitors,.....

Well, this year GGS-Data will only have PC's running Microsoft® Windows® ... on display... and _if_ we have an AmigaOne or a Pegasos also, those will only run Bochs with Microsoft® Windows® XP® Professional® Media® Center® on top of that

Anyway, seems very nice what you do with everything, keep it up and all the best.

Greetings !
Gunne
