The sheets used for last weekend's AmigaOS 4.0 presentation at the Alchimie IV event in l'Hermitage (France) have been made available by Stéphane Guillard.

Update: Some first few pictures from the event are now available.

I was there this weekend, (this is me, aside my machines, look at my slippers).

It was fu**ing great, really. Alchimie3 was great too btw...

Rose H. from Amont Computing had a stand where one could try AOS4 first hand on both A1 - XE or µA1-C. She is a very fine woman, too.

The food was good. The events were great.
There was an outstanding live performance while the "wild compos" were presented :
Krabob, Tex and bLa from Mankind performed a true live démo on location, each of them executing his part (visual effects, music effects and samples) synchronously with the 2 others. You had to be there to see it !!!

Anyway, the AOS4 conference was the most expected one, and i ought to say that the "try it yourself" amigaOnes from Amont and the conference itself were both high pitch arguments that triggered my present will to embrace the plateform.

Many pegasos users were there, asking questions and behaving like gentlemen, althrough there have been some tough questions asked (dma issue, lack of communication from Hyperion just to name a few).
But Stephene Guillard didn't even try to dodge them. He responded straight to the point in a very effective fashion (it's my feeling anyway). I would say that the way he handled the conference added a lot more to it that the mere html based presentation, which is just a list of features (very informative, though).

Another strong thing about the Alchimie parties is that a vast variety of machines and communities are there, aside of the (majority) amiga fans : Many AtariST and accelerated Falcons dudes were there, along with a coupla C64, a few linux guys, many Macos users and even a bunch of hardcore cpc programmers (i saw some kick ass demos from a 6128 cpc, believing at first the machine was a ST or an Amiga !)

Videos, pictures and reports from the Alchimie4 will be released the next few days.
I, for my part, will have to process my pics and vidéos to update my website.

Would have been nice to see some people from great Britain anyway...

Also planned is mod/tracker support

Sounds good, really good. Maybe you should contact this guy later on also. Maybe he could help you with support for even more classic Amiga formats, like TFMX, Hippel, etc, etc... That'd be just even more brilliant.
Great work!!
