Very good news. As soon as I see a review for this software, I'll order it.

Thats the way to go !!!

@Hyperion

Thanks for supplying the Pagestream team with much needed hardware !
This is THE way to get native OS4 apps, wich are (as you know) very very much needed for OS4 to succeed.

It's a pitty though, that you had to do this because I think it should be Amiga Inc (or Kmos) who should do this.....

Anyway a big thanks to you guys

@all

Maybe it could be a good idea to raise a fund wich sole purpose is to give potentional OS4 developers AmigaOne's.
Instead of raising money to get certain apps ported (i've not seen any progres yet....)
And it would be cheaper.

Every 1200 Euros could mean another app developed for OS4 !

Anyway, think about it.

Cheers,

Martin

Erm, I'm willing to restart my "Hello World" program if only Hyperion would send me a board as well...

Great news!

(I'll also settle for money)

Geat news

I love Hyperion! Giving an AmigaOne to H&P was a very nice deed! And many thanks to H&P for developing this great software.

I'll get one for sure when OS4.0 version is out.

Firbodi

@firbodi

Umm... Firbodi you have PageStream confused with AmigaWriter. PageStream is desktop publishing software from Grasshopper, LLC, AmigaWriter is a word processor from Haage and Partner.

PageStream is IMHO a better product then AmigaWriter ever was.

H&P still doesn't support OS4 AFAIK.

I believe they are developing an OS4 native version of Art Effect are they not?

I'd prefer ArtEffect instead of pixel32.

I bought (paid for) the OS4 version of Pagestream 5 ages ago, been using 4.1/68k in the meantime. It doesn't get much use, but it is a cool app and certainly useful to have around.

This deserves a for everyone involved - thanks guys (and gals?)

Wasn't a version of PPaint announced too?
I forgot to ask to the developer at Pianeta Amiga...

Cool! I'll have to starve for a bit to get this, but I think it may be worth it. All I need now are good printer drivers for my HP1100 Business Inkjet and I'll be a happy camper indeed!

@Hyperion

Very generous!
Eyetech or Amiga inc. should have done that instead of you.

@all

I like DTP very much, can anyone compare PS5.0 features with Corell 11?
(I use it at work)
I belive it's a modern app, and if it has corel capabilities I will buy it
imediately when I get A1.

Anyway, excellent news!
