afaik the makecd makers stated several times that makecd will never become support for dvd writing.
all our hope now is "frying pan" and mabe "burnit" (if the author finally is willing to do an amiga version).

| Im sorry of the bad news. Tts nice they made it free. But dont worry people we have fryingpan and i believe it will live and be updated for a long time ;) (hope so). Without it i dont know if i would still use amiga today. |

Yes, FryingPan is nice software also. The author is well tuned to things Amiga.

Serial Number: 555555555
License Key: H8HsRww)7Uz)!iXE5PUMfgP#VymA6
What do I do with them? The registration requester lets me
type in the serial number above but it still says just below
that is invalid and that is the end of it.

Haven't tried yet, but probably you need to do something like:
echo "H8HsRww)7Uz)!iXE5PUMfgP#VymA6" >L:makecd.key
That's what it looks like to me anyway (no idea if that is the correct path/filename). |

i've just tryed again the registration under MOS for PowerUP and it works.
The only code needed is H8HsRww)7Uz)!iXE5PUMfgP#VymA6
Whatever you will type in Name, Surname, City etc, will lend you in a registration number as:
#55555555 registered to:
professional editor (or so... its localized in italian here)
Hence or your doing something wrong or the registration thing fails on your system (MakeCD uses a particular registration procedure that is affected by the filesystem)
Edit- and it still works under AmigaOS3.9 as well.
As a note... not sure if this is important (theres a note on the site thats not clear to me). Download the latest MakeCD 3.2d Beta11 and apply the reg using the new MakeCD executable.

| This is so nice of the author to release their work.
The key worked for me.
My only question is if one can write multi-session CDs with MakeCD and how? Unfortunately, I don't have the manual, otherwise I would have RT?M!
