Now that QNX is open source maybe we can fusion QNX and AROS and see what it could have been if gateway had given green light to the project

I guess, except that first Amithlon was either nonexistent, in planning, or early development when Gateway switched from QNX to Linux. I don't recall exactly though. So if some one has a better recollection, please correct me.

Yup. I reckon he would. He would also be able to clarify whether Amithlon/Umilator could, did, or would allow direct interaction with underlying Linux APIs.
