?? So Genesi has access to developer material etc.?
@Hans Donating in USD or Euro would be better for most people I think, at least I had no idea about the exchange rate for NZD.
Just made a small donation. _________________

| It could be possible that this Hans might have signed a NDA with ATI, and perhaps even having AMD/ATI considering leave RadeonHD drivers to the Open Source market for porting it to OpenGL-systems like the new AmigaOS 4.1 _________________ Probably Pegasos 2 G4 1Ghz 1GB DDR-system, ATI Radeon 9250, ESI@Juli PCi-soundcard, all running AmigaOS 4.1 with latest updates, or a new powerful Amiga! Seriously, it was a valid question. What does the page you linked to have to do with the news item you posted it as a comment to?
If there IS a logical link here, I for one do not see it. So any help from you in understanding what you meant by that comment would be nice. _________________ This weeks pet peeve: Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). | Perhaps I over reacted, sorry zerohero. I will assume this is a cultural difference between Europe and North America, where business is operated differently. _________________ Men who have girlies in their avatars are Girliemen!

| Yeah understanding between people is the best!
I can say about the Radeon graphics cards for future Amigas maybe that in mine that is the Amiga One I changed the graphics card months ago and I don't want to change more because my items are so new and I think a 128 MB card is so far enough for an Amiga One. _________________ AMIGA 500 1.5 MB ACA500/ACA1232 accelerators AMIGA 500 German CD32 unexpanded Amiga 1200 Tower on AmigaKit since years AMIGA 1300 030/50 Mhz/32 MB WB 3.9 with lots of games&demos AMIGA ONE XE G3 PPC 800 Mhz/1 GB RAM/RADEON 9250 128 MB/SATA CONTROLLER

| Wow. I certainly had a nice surprise in my inbox this morning. Thank you for your support everyone.
@nikosidis
The Picasso96 material is under NDA, so open-source is not possible. However, AMD released source-code and documentation, so anyone who wants to write a driver can take the open-source Linux driver as a starting point. The Linux driver is BSD so it can be used in both open and closed source projects.
@Troels
I did think about currencies, but then we could end up with paying double currency conversion fees; once for conversion from the source currency to say USD, and then again for a conversion from USD to NZD. There wasn't an option to let people choose their own currency, which is what I would have preferred.
There's a currency conversion tool here which I use often. Basically $1NZD is equal to approximately: - $0.65 US - 0.46 Euro - $0.80 AU - $0.71 CA
The NZD is worth less than all of these currencies. Use the currency conversion tool here if you wish to know how many NZD to enter for a donation from your own currency.
