It's available here. Done by DJNick. I simply love this.

Also excellent one: This one

Looking really good. Seems that work is progressing quite good now. The big question remains though: how much still needs to be done?

I hope they manage a beta release for AmigaOne owners soon. I don't have one, but it would be a great gift for those who have believed/supported it with their hard earned cash. And it would create a positive vibe (again).

Keep up the good work! And tell me when the graphics stuff is done Then i'll really start believing that it will be finished and sold some day in the not too distant future. Who knows, i might even start spreading the news again

Hi Rogue,

I love these works, also. Can I ask you if some of the work of simoami and djnick will be included in the os4 cd ?

Thanks, and keep up the good "amigawork" !

Yeah, well you can always use a paint package and do smooth scaling... I agree that they should really be 1600x1200 or bigger, you can always scale down to a smaller desktop size, but upscaling will suffer...

I guess that this would require permission from the respective artists... Other than that I don't think that there would be a problem.

Good work Hyperion!

I would especially love to see Warp3D put to work with a port of Unreal Tournament for AmigaOS4!

@Rogue,

I'm looking forward to playing Heretic II on my AmigaOne. I completed the game on my BVision, but in places it was a little slow. I guess it will be pretty smooth on the A1 with OS4 and Warp3D!?

I reckon you must be looking forward to getting some of the games working natively on OS4!

Keep up the good work, it can't be too long now!? (I know..
)

I hope they show this at the melbourne show. Does anyone know if the show organisers have access to the latest AmigaOS4 binaries, ready to show the latest and greatest?

The Melbourne show is in a few days, i'll be there and i would really want to see the latest, not what i've already seen in screen shots, although i woudlnt be disapointed, but seening the latest and greatest would be fantastic!

not only faster, smoother etc but also much better looking.

When I got HereticII on my PowerPC Bvision I thought
it rocked (and it did!) , then i bought the PC version so we
could play it on my home LAN (very good fun btw!) and
it looked so much better on the Voodoo3. hmmm. So I went
and got a Voodoo3 for my Amiga (and the PCI BUSBoard)
and it looked much better! equal to the PC version easily.
So an even better card (Radeon 9700 for example) will
make the whole experience so much better.

Of course, just native PowerPC on BlizzardPPC/BVision
would make the game better in terms of framerate and spped
of system (no more 68k context switches etc)
