| A new release of "Claws-Mail" is now available on OS4-Depot.
Claws-Mail is an email client based on GTK+. Lots of extra functionality, like an RSS aggregator or a calendar, are provided by extra plug-ins.
New compared to the first release:
The program was linked with GTK+ 2.24.32. As a result, drag and drop now works among other things. Mails can now be moved with the mouse and much more.The program uses now GnuTLS 3.6.13. Problems with SSL/TLS connections should now be resolved.Mail addresses and personal data can now be determined using LDAP. For this Claws-Mail was linked with openldap 2.4.49.New release 5 of the Python package v2.7.2 with GTK+ 2.24.32.The included Aspell catalogs in German and English for spell checking have been updated.Successfully tested with gmail.
