Official Statement on the recent Genesi Amiga litigation

The Hyperion Entertainment management would like to point out that Hyperion Entertainment and Eyetech between them hold an exclusive license to the Amiga trademarks, the AmigaOS 3.1 source-code and associated intellectual property.

The outcome of the litigation between Genesi and Amiga will not affect these rights in any way and Hyperion Entertainment will take whatever action it deems appropriate to enforce its rights and intellectual property.
