| The Doc Dataypes (v40.41), are now available to register see Doc Datatypes
This site has been dormant for sometime, I had originally tried to get registration details back in march 2005, but I was unable to get a reply from the author.
The demo version on the site available from that site, which seems to work correctly, except that they only display the first 25 lines, and then a message about registering if you wanted to view the whole file.
I have just registered these with the author and installed them on OS4 yesterday. I have only win98 msword docs to try out but they seem to be read fine. In Notepad and mutiview I used to get a load of gobbledegook before and after the text in the file, now it just shows the text.
Luckily I was at a venue close to his address, and was able to drop in the registration fee myself, but the author himself was out.
DocDatatypes is a set of Datatypes classes for documents. It is a subclass of the text.datatype.
