Changes and Fixes since v3.1:
Fix : csv operation import was badly importing file with empty fields
Change : menu were reorganized
Change : all edit window button action order (Cancel|OK)
Change : statistic report new layout
Change : budget report new layout
Add : min/max date gadgets to statistic report window
Please report BUGS, especially on MorphOS/OS4, I will try to fix it asap.
