New LAME and SoX ports released

Diego Casorran has made his ports of LAME v3.93.1 (the open source MP3 encoder/decoder) and SoX v12.74.1 (a sample format convertor) available for downloading.

The programs may not have been tested under all system configurations, so if you encounter any problems get in contact with dcr8520_at_amiga.org.
