Restored AmigaGuide support in makeinfo

Thanks to the efforts of xenic the native OS4 version of makeinfo can produce AmigaGuide documentation again. The makeinfo utility is a part of the texinfo package which is available on OS4Depot.

- Merged in AmigaGuide support changes (thanks xenic)
- Removed obsolete AmigaGuide versions support
- Changed --amiga option into --amigaguide option
- Compiled with latest clib2 CVS dated 2006/11/11
