Amiga Inc. registers Copyright Marks in Germany

| Amiganews.de reports that Amiga Inc. has registered two copyright marks in Germany last year:
- First one is named AMIGA ENABLED (register number publishes 30653991,8) on 15 December 2006.
- Second one is named AMIGA ANYWHERE (nr. 30653845,8) on 22 dec 2006 .
In the past year there were transferred these marks from Amiga Development LLC which was a subsidiary firm controlled Gateway:

Personal consideration:
IMHO The mark "Amiga Enabled" sounds me strange.
Seems to me a mark to be added to brand new third party hardware "ready" and "enabled" to run Amiga OS.
