HTMLview MUI custom class released under LGPL

The HTMLview.mcc MUI class is now released under the LGPL license.

Allan Odgaard, who is the original author of HTMLview.mcc had a harddisk crash in year 2000.
In 2005 an attempt to recover the sources from the harddrive started, it was successful and the sources are now released under the LPGL license.
