Ctorrent Gui V2.3 is out

Just uploaded version 2.3 of CtorrentGui to the depot.

Changes:
*Added SAVEPATH tooltype. Just instert where you want the files downloaded too(example: SAVEPATH=progs:animation/fantasy).
*Added ALTERNATETRACKER tooltype. If you only get timeouts use this. Check ctorrent output alternates. Just insert that number(Example: ALTERNATETRACKER=5)
*The info in the screentitle vanished if you iconified and uniconified again. Now fixed.
