OnyxSoft releases AllKeys v2.40 with better USB keyboard support.

- Added a switch to allow multimedia keys on USB keyboards to work with qualifiers such that for example Shift + Play can do something different than Play alone.

- Fixed MM key names for USB keyboards.

- Added up and down buttons so you can reorder your key commands in the list.
