A dispute arose late May over the status of the AMIGA trademark

That dispute has now been resolved and once again Amiga inc retain their trademarks


It transpires that back in May 2003 this year, an oversight, led to Amiga losing their TradeMarks.

Genesi quickly filed for application of Amigas TradeMarks.
However with the Trademarks returning to the original owners, a win of the rights to the trademarks by anyone else is now unlikely.
