After that you need a font looking like an AmigaOS4 font (Helvetica). Create the Screentitlebar and Windowtitlebar text and don't forget the status-text in your Browser. More proof that coders are THE most missing aspect at the moment We ALL want to be able to test new apps (Me included), design graphics (I'd like that too I guess), throw our wonderful ideas in to a project (Damn I have tonnes) but finding enough coders to to the most important part is proving tough.

It's pretty obvious why there is a lack of developers for Amiga.

I very much would like to develop for Amiga OS 4.0 but I haven't come any further along then a port of Hexen, a half finished Heretic and a half finished chm reader.

The magic word here is time!

Time is my main problem. There are not enough (good)examples and getting a user interface up and running is a slow process.

Microsoft have done this very well. Building a web application or Windows application is easy. You build the GUI graphicly add some code which is especially fast when using C# and the .NET runtime and you have an application up and running.

I very much would like to do more for the AmigaOS but I have almost no spare time. Or somebody should start paying me for a day job for OS 4.

Pretty pathetic, if you ask me. You present a picture of a supposedly already finished port, and then complain that no one wanted to help porting it? Am I the only one that thinks that this is like trying to quench a fire with gasoline?

If they really wanted to pull this off, asking on e.g. AmigaWorld.net or any other Amiga site would have been far more productive. This seems to have worked for OpenOffice (at least there is work being done on it), and I am sure it could have helped with Mozilla as well. As it is now, it is just another hoax.

Sorry, but that is pathetic and entirely unproductive.
