AmigaOS 4.0 license transfers

Hello.

Apparently there was a misunderstanding about the transfer of an AmigaOS 4 license to a new owner. I recently posted the required steps, but somehow people seem to think that a license is connected to an AW.net account name.

It isn't.

Here's again what you need to do to transfer an AmigaOS license to someone else. Send a mail to info@hyperion-entertainment.biz, subject "License ownership transfer", with the following information:

1) Your username on www.hyperion-entertainment.biz
2) The receiving person's username on www.hyperion-entertainment.biz
3) The serial number to be transferred.

That should do.

Thanks.

Best regards,

Something else:

It is not a good idea to send me a PM here and expect an answer. As I wrote elsewhere, I am through with Amiga-related web sites, so I see any PM here maybe with a three or four months delay if at all. If you want to contact me, please do it by email.

@Rogue

So this was all a misunderstanding?

@Rogue

Apologies for the misinterpretation - I thought the "username" referred to the AW.net username (with AW.net being the official support site). It makes more sense that it would be the Hyperion username.

Misunderstanding cleared up. Thanks HJF, that's twice you've logged on to give me licensing info in the last few weeks.

The new Hyperion website makes this a lot easier, doesn't it?
