I think the problem lied on those expansion cards that adressed the memory inside the 24bit bus of the internal 020.

Higher processor cards had memory tied to own 32bit bus AFAIR.

do you mean the A1200 Desktop models?

2MB of ChipRAM, 8MB of FastRAM (4MB possibly remapped through the PCMCIA slot?), then the 5MB of Chipset IOport space followed by 1MB (half Cartridge and half Kickstart) ROM Memory Mapping with any 32bit addressing being Accelerator card restricted?

Ops, i'm sorry i was replying inside some thread and somehow made a new thread.

I was talking about pcmcia compatibility when ram expansions were higher than 4Mb.
