| I've done some tests after reading the amigaos,dk newsitem here (scroll down a little).
Now check this topic: http://amigaos.dk/modules/newbb_plus/viewtopic.php?topic_id=3&forum=1
Seems that the Ib2.3 on the OS4 cd doesn't like some xoops and phpbb (like os.amiga.com forums). _________________ ikir |

I can now reproduce the problem, and am looking into it. |

OK, found the problem.
Change Settings -> Network -> Accept language: to "en, *" (without the quotes - pressing "<- Locale" should also work) and it should be ok.
Currently investigating why * is failing ... |

Thanks. I think. Although this still doesn't work the way it did in Mozilla on Linux. And I still had to do the quote manually above.
But in my case, the problem goes even more basic. I'm so used to PeeCee conventions by now, that I've been using ctrl-C instead of R-Amiga-C to copy text.
I've been away from Amiga too long!!

Yeah seems its more weird than I thought. Basically we had a simular problem with citibank.de, and that just would not do anything when * was set as the acceptable language. After changing the setting to "en, *" it all started working.
As both my clean 2.3 and current 2.4 beta both work on amigaos.dk (and on another bank that DWolfman is having a problem with), I reinstalled the 2.3 from the Pre-CD, and lo and behold it wouldn't work with those two sites again.
Having tried a few things (like registering etc), I remembered about the citibank problem. I change the locale, and both sites worked fine.
However, after DWolfman said it still didn't work, I tried again, and it didn't make any difference what the locale was set to :( So I am back to square one. The only thing I have found, is amigaos.dk does preview at least (to save spamming hnl's site) works with JS disabled here, and as soon as it was reenabled it stopped again no matter what the locale was set to - so it maybe JS related - both DWolfman's bank, and amigaos.dk use JS on the form submission.
I believe this won't be a problem with 2.4, as I currently haven't been able to reproduce it using that, but I'd like to find the problem to be sure it *is* fixed.
Anyways, thanks for bringing it to our attention guys |

The GetElementByID JS used by the site is not fully supported in IB as it requires access to the full page DOM in order to perform its magic, hence why most of the "interactive" stuff doesn't work. I'm not sure if this will be any better in 2.4, but I know Oliver has been looking into it as it is becoming a requirement for more and more sites now. |

Not yet. I was out Monday and Oliver was busy sorting a new IB beta last night. Hopefully we can take a look tonight, I'll let you know (via the IB list) if we get anywhere, to save spamming all the forums |

I was thinking of starting a new thread, but the subject fits, and the above quote gets at the nub of my problem:
Every time I click on "Settings..." up pops a little window with an "80000003, IBrowse error of type DSI, Redzone was damaged, Stackpointer inside bounds." I am offered a few options, including "Kill" and "Reboot."
Strikes me as a serious problem, and I have no idea how to fix it.
