"Did not give" means exactly the same as "refused" in the context I used.

I don't know why you even took issue with it, as I never said it to make Amiga Inc look bad. As I pointed out below, people don't get the contract they want every day in business. It's not bad, and it's not good, it's just business.

Anyway, all i'm bothered about is getting OS4 for BPPC. How's it coming along? Nicely I hope.
