| @kyle Hi, I have received my keyboard.
Feeling is very nice.
But... "Right Alt" is neither detected by FKey nor by Allkey. All others keys are OK. Does it works for you ? I hope that it's not a defective key.

Hi,
Have you tried it on a Windows, Linux or OS X computer? It was working fine here...if not swap the Alt keys with the "A" ones and map them again. Last edited by TheDaddy on 29-Jul-2014 at 09:36 PM.

Any info on the X500 EVO cases? I still have no news on my order from over a year ago.

Right, it doesn't work too under Windows.
But under Windows I can type "@" and "\" with Right-Amiga. On my X1000, no...
How to remap Alt or Amiga key ?

The key works if you press it under Windows so it must be a mapping problem. I'll check with mine and let you know. Last edited by TheDaddy on 01-Aug-2014 at 10:32 AM.

It's OK now, I have remapped all the Left Alt keys combinaisons to Right Amiga combinaisons thanks to AllKeys.
Right Alt doesn't work but now Right Amiga is used for the same behavior.
I have backuped my AllKeys.prefs _________________ http://apps.amistore.net/zTools |

For First contact X1000 user, a CFE setenv had been put to swap alt and Amiga keys, in order to correspond with the official keyboard's keymap I think. You need to turn it off if it exists.

| This keyboard comes like this:
http://www.duckychannel.com.tw/en/images/products/ZERO_DK2108/ZERO_DK2108_03.jpg
The Windows key is the Ducky on the left between CTRL and Alt.
On the right there is Alt Gr, Fn (Function key) and the Menu key.
With my keys you have the Windows (Ducky as left Amiga key), the Alt Gr is Right Amiga key, Fn is right Alt.
Now when it's connected to a Windows PC the Fn key allows you to block/activate the Windows key (on the left) if pressed with F10. F10 lights up.
If Fn is pressed with F12, it switches the USB 6-key Rollover to N-Key rollover.
From what I know, it allows you to switch between 6-key rollover (basically Windows recognises six keys pressed simultaneously) to N-key rollover meaning that any number of keys pressed simultaneously is registered which is something only a competitive game player would want to do.
I tried under Windows and pressing Fn+F12 makes F12 LED flicker, it disconnects the keyboard for a few seconds and the F12 LED stays on. After another few seconds Windows finds the keyboard and it works.
Pressing Fn+F12 again makes the F12 LED flicker again then disconnects the keyboard for a few seconds, then switches the F12 LED off. After another few seconds Windows finds the keyboard and it works.
I'll try on my OS X machine and let you know. Unfortunately I have no OS4/MOS machines anymore...
It might be a good idea maybe to physically swap the Amiga "A" keys with the Alt ones and remap... _________________ www.loriano.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk |

Yes you are right on OS4, "Alt+F12" makes the F12 leds flicks (and DSI in HID Keyboard ). Keyboard is disconnected and when I re"Alt+F12" it's redetected by OS4.
Therefore, the Alt key works too on X1000 but it's not detected by OS4 (OS4, FKey and AllKeys)
As I said, I have all remapped with AllKeys and it's OK now.

What if you swapped the two "A" keys with the "Alt" keys and remapped just as an experiment...

I have to say that after many days using this keyboard, I'm impressed by the feeling (very close of my A1200 keyboard) and I have the impression that my typing speed is faster.
The sound of the keys is relatively quiet (at least with Black switchs...not the case with Blue switch) Very good work, TheDaddy
PS : I didn't have swapped the A keys, all is OK thanks to FKey. Last edited by zzd10h on 20-Aug-2014 at 06:14 AM.
