Amiga Inc is more involved than we know

That would be news to BigBentheAussie then.

He stated that the only connection between Amiga Inc. and what C=USA was doing was the C=USA use of the trademark "Amiga".

He also stated that C=USA only went to Amiga Inc. -after- failing to strike a deal with Hyperion.

No one in their right mind would devise a business plan giving more power ("more involved") to someone who has just been literally told..."your legal enemy was our first choice and we intend to limit involvement with you to the use of your trademark".(paraphrased for clarity)

If you prefer a direct quote:
Quote:
Licensing the Amiga trademark rights from Amiga Inc is the only way to obtain the "Amiga" name.
That's where their involvement ends.

Yes, I know all this!

But we also know that the road can be changed quickly.
The signal that caused me to speculate, Bill McEwen's statement when Commodore agreed with the marketing, the company.

I may be totally wrong!

The future (within a few weeks) comes after the fact!
