On July 24th and 25th the AmiWest Amiga Computer Show will take place in Sacramento, California.

I thought that now would be a good time to plan ahead and get west coast users organized to ride there together from other states or cities.

I'm planning on going there from Los Angeles, with my A1, probably leaving Friday afternoon or evening and returning Sunday evening. The trip takes roughly 8 hours.
Unless someone else is driving north from here or San Diego, I'll ask if I can borrow the company car, or I'll rent one if I can split the cost with other people.

If you too are going to AmiWest, let it be known what state/city you're in and whether you need or can provide a ride.

Car pooling saves money, gas, reduces pollution, and best of all, it's fun to hit the road with total strangers!

Alex.

@MikeB

Hmm, I hope there's more than two people going to AmiWest

I guess other potential travelers have missed the topic.
If only I could make it sticky...
