When will Hyperion deliver a complete and functional up to date version of Timberwolf?

xkernell - Any news? What it is capable of enabling? Was it demonstrated?

Gallium3D & accelerated OpenGL - Any news? Was it demonstrated?

Is there any estimation to give when AOS4.2 should be out?
1H/2015? 2H/2015?

Has x5000+AOS4 betatesting started yet?

(I have a hunch that x1000 betatesters have had xkernel since 2013. Why there is no info released?)

Can you say some more about what the "new WB, DOS and Intuition" features are?

@MichaelMerkel

this: Also the DTP program Pagestream was mentioned in relation to a AmigaOS 4 version.

(google translate...)

It doesnt say by who. Could have been a question from the audience...

found the X1000 First contact pdf from 2011 .

http://www.amigakit.com/x1000/newsrelease.pdf

Quote:
The “First Contact” system comprises a fully equipped AmigaOne X1000 complete with the official “Boing Ball” case and AmigaOS4.1 Update 5 pre-installed. It is also supplied with a license for AmigaOS4.2 which can be downloaded when it is released by Hyperion Entertainment

@ssolie

with the Final Edition of AOS4.1, what classic users like me (with A1200PPC) can expect ?

- will we get a SCSI driver for the BlizzardPPC (I dont have a Mediator so I am stuck with the onboard IDE which cripples the performance)

- will we get a 3D driver for the BVisionPPC (same reason here) ?

these are the 2 things I am looking forward to be able to use (and play with) my system decently.

What's the difference between RadeonHD 1.2 and 2.4?...

All those details will be covered by A-EON when they release their drivers.

Will/has the Screensaver been updated accordingly to allow for more smoothly faded in/out from one image to another? E.g. like a slideshow of images

No, there is no smooth fading or whatever.

Personally, I haven't used a screen blanker since CRTs disappeared. I suppose others still do.

Since there were some teasers for Warp3D for RadeonHD in some AMIStore screenshots: any news about that or its concrete release date?

The programmer is still working on it. How much faith do you have in software programmer estimates? (joke)

At AmiWest, A-EON didn't specify any dates.

Probably. I don't know exactly what you are referring to but Context Menus has been completely reworked.

Never because Timberwolf is not Hyperion's product. I've afraid you have been gravely misinformed.

I do have the source code to the current version of Timberwolf here on my hard drive. I really should look into working on it again but I thought most people could live with Odyssey in the mean time. Now that we have a good way to deliver video I really should get back to that project.
