I was there, so I guess I was one of them.

Robert takes a beating every year for problems that are out of his control. I'm sure he would like the videos to come out perfect like all of us, but they just don't. His mic was very sensitive & picked up everything around him, he always does the best he can & he offers them for free.

I'm not flaming anyone here, we all would like perfect audio/video of the show, so at least respect & thank Robert for his effort along with any complaints. Those of us who spend our time & money supporting the show have the right to enjoy ourselves as well. There was no dis-respect for Trevor or any of the other speakers, just a mic that picked up every little noise.

Sounds (pun? ) like it would work better. It was a new hotel & unfortunately you never get a chance to do a trial run before hand. There were a lot more ppl there this year & that pumps up the noise level as well.

Seems to me a real shotgun would also be a good tool to reduce noise. As long as it's only used in a threatening manner, of course

Using "voltage" instead of "potential", which leads to inventing new words like "amperage" instead of "current" (I, measured in A) or possible "charge" (amperehours, Ah or Coulomb, C). Sometimes I don't even know what people mean.
