@AmigaBlitter

Let's hope so. Still need to have OS4 running on it and be available for purchase yet.

@-Sam-

I just mean that you can choose the case you want. Sam is so little that you can put everywhere.

Anyway, Samantha is really a jewel.

But Amiga is back not only for Sam.

@AmigaBlitter

Do you think Eric would mind if we lose the crutch?

Amiga Inc have a new website

That' weird. Is it an Amiga Inc site, or third party? Besides the logo, the only other reference to Amiga I see is mobil AmigaDE and AmigaAnywhere. Lot about Microsoft and .Net too so what's it all about?

@Plaz

Without crutch?

Yes it's better, now. Hope that Amiga doesn't need a crutch anymore.

@AmigaBlitter

So are the Amiga marketing BlackOps about or what? If asked if I saw the site, I should deny profusly? (Too late for me, I already peeked)

Unfortunately, Amiga is only back for "Sam", "Moana", "Elisabetha", "Bianca", "Francesca", "Amy", "Panda", "Zeus", "Powervixxen LT/TL/GT/TNT"

...if we get OS4 *legally* running on it and when we are able to buy that package in volume from our favourite Amiga-dealer.

Before, they are nothing but PPC-boards that might run Linux.

First step is done, now get that legal cr*p sorted out, quickly.

@Plaz

I think they have just done a search-replace on the old site.

I don't see why this news is seemingly embargoed, when there is a press release on said site dated yesterday?

It's the KMOS thing all over again.

Chris

But why oh why cant Hyperion make OS4 work on old PPC Apple hardware?

Then we would have how much hardware to choose from as we liked.
