I placed an order on the revanchellc.com webpage a year ago on a A500 keyboard adapter for PC-keyboards. Sadly enough i didnt recived it...
Alot of mailing back and forwards with exuses of the delay.. Note that they never charged my kreditcard. But i really wanted this adapter.. :(( As far as iknow they are the only company that has this product.

I posted a couple of email a few weeks ago but no response...

Anyone that sucessfully orderd something from this US company?

Yes, at least 3 times now I've ordered and received stuff from this company. I've also chatted with Kurt Grach on the phone a couple of times in the past. Nice guy.

@v0z

Kurt has posted here as recently as a couple of days ago.
I suggest sending another email.
What was the adaptor called?

Yes, I corresponded with them through e-mail and sent my AmigaOne to them for repair. They gave good service. - Lars

Go ahead and give Kurt a call and find out for yourself. His phone number is very public and right on the web site.

Besides, aren't you supposed to be ignoring me as this post illustrates.

@v0z

sorry we get lots of emails. Most of my company emails get sorted by others, but the Amiga ones normally get forwarded to me. The last wo years have been very busy for us doing various projects. The A500 Keyboard adapter order should of been cancelled as a hard drive failure resulted in a loss of our Euro code. The chip hex on our backup was either corrupted or a manufacterer internal code change has rendered the old chip programming buggy on the newer chips.

I haven't had time to redo the code. I do have a copy of my original USA code so the euro code should of been easy. Unfortunately it was done so many years ago that the new chip compilers refuse to compile it without major changes. I haven't had time to redo and test.

again sorry.

@ssolie

When I read threads like that it just confirms my dislike of MooBunny.

How can people be so overbearing??? Who do some of them think they are??
They're not any better or smarter than anyone else.. Why the f**k do they think
everybody that uses OS4 are suckers that got tricked by Amiga Inc/Hyperion???
It makes me angry to read such crap!

I'm no advocate for Amiga Inc but threads like this are pure crap.. If it looks like
crap, smells like crap it surely must be crap...

@thread

Seems like if I'd read this thread earlier it might have saved me some headache and money.

Early this summer I struck a deal with Kurt, and it's not been honoured.

Details at amiga.org

Kurt. Sorry it had to be this way, seems though that it's the only way for me to get anything for the money I've spent, which is almost NOK 1000 when counting keyboard, postage and a paypal transfer to you.

@arnljot

Sorry for your money loss. I read your story on Amiga.org.

I will remember your warning. What bothers me most is that when
such a thing like you experienced happens, they gladly takes the money
and continue their daily business like nothing ever happened.
I mean if R.LLC messed up HOW HARD IS IT ??? to pay the
money you sent back with paypal ?

@palecolors

Yes. . . I just got OS 4.1 from Revanche aboujt a month ago. I've also sent in my XE mobo for the USB and DMA fixes about two years ago.

In each case, a fair (if not better!) price, and good, effective work for the repair.
