| Now, this, to me is like a kick to the face, when already grounded.
This lawsuit does not seem to serve anyone.
Personally I won´t be spending money on any new AOS HW and SW if A Inc wins this.
So here I was thinking, how many of you would "boycott" A Inc?

Well as and end consumer, we do have a saying in this, we can choose not to buy..

I agree.
People are a bit disappointed by the lack of hardware and software for some years now, and it seems everything AInc does is bad.
Amiga is a "hobby market" and so, it shoud be handled as such.

Dude, you don't sue your partner, you sue your EX-partner. Even if Amiga Inc wins, how motivated do you think Hyperion are going to be to deliver updates? we'll get critical bugfixes and that's it. That's even assuming that these boxes run OS4 - I'm betting on a version of Tao running on Linux.
