In addition. IIRC, even while Eyetech was in the picture AI pretty much rejected any efforts made to obtain hardware licenses. OK, maybe no one else could meet AI's requirements for entry in the AmigaOne partnership. But after Eyetech left, did AI ever show any signs they were reconsidering their requirements? I don't recall any. In fact they didn't just politely reject inquiries, they mostly ignored them.
