If I sign a contract today and you, as the other party, can't sign it until next month because a set of events hasn't happened yet that would let you fulfill your end of the contract, then the contract is not in effect until you as the last signature required, sign the contract on whatever date that may be. |
Lou, that entire line of thinking doesnt help you point. Before they signed a contract with Amiga, they wrote (your theory) a contract to pay Olaf for his super 3.1 code. Again, complaining about having to buy something that you knew you had to buy before you signed the Nov 3, 2001 contract is pretty disengenuous, dont you think? Thats true whether Olaf signed the contract before Nov 3, 2001 (as I believe and as the date sayes) or after Nov 3, 2001 (as you believe). -Tig

Ofcourse you edit out my mentioning of ongoing discussions before a contract is finalized. That's how you counter many points. Rather than take a point as a whole, you pick parts of it semi-out-of-context.
Amino and Hyperion didn't meet for lunch one day on Nov 3, 2001 and decide to draft and sign a contract. I'm sure it started as far back as the summer. So while Olaf may have signed the contract in October, I believe Hyperion didn't sign it until a few days after the Nov 3, 2001 Amino-Hyperion contract was signed as before that contract was signed, they's have no right to have an sources pertaining to OS3.1...
I look forward to you taking this partially out of context again. To the casual reader who only glances are arguements and counters, I'm sure he would think you 100% correct every time. |
