You would prefer all the contracts we've seen? I think we are up to 6 now, and we know several of the others were signed before that because Ben told us that the people were working on the OS in Dec, Jan or Feb, so whats the point you think you are making here? Every 3.9 content contract we have been shown is pre-June 2002, even if there is one that isnt (and I dont think there is) that still doesnt help your point. All you can say then is, they didnt ask for 3.1, or anything else in the 5 other contracts, but item Y they would have asked Amiga for if the phone was working. And remember who was one of the lead people telling us that AI hadnt been kicked out of the offices, thats right, Ben, at that time Managing Partner of Hyperion.

In any of the other prior threads, I still don't recall definitive proof that Eyetch loaned Hyperion anything. As I recall, Eyetech did pay a reduced licensing fee to Hyperion for including the modded firmware on the A1's as well as the OS4 user registration as Allen collected money towards OS4 with every board sold.

You mean besides when Alan said that in the interview on this website? Alan paid 55 Euros per AmigaOne to Hyperion accoring to Evert. He paid $20 to AI for each AmigaOne. -Tig
