Yes Lou and best efforts to make a schedule would be porting it to the hardware available at the time you signed the contract not waiting for mythical hardware and then new hardware. In addition, the Jan 2002 OS 4 status update says thats what they actually are doing, with a huge percent complete and yet noone at a show would see the OS come up for over a year.

Totally disagree and a court will to. If you say that publically, then unless you in private send a message to AI saying hey I need code xyz, then AI is perfectly in there rights to consider that you have everything you need.
