And the flip-side of your argument is that Amino signed a contract that the knew they couldn't fulfill because they couldn't even pay their own rent. If anything, it show's Amino's incompetence and Ben's genius...not that I think that of him, but I'm sure that's why he was "so confident" back then about the contract.

Why do you think they couldnt fulfill the contract? The contract doesnt cost them anything? We've now shown that AI had the 3.1 code what else did they need to fulfill the contract.

If I only pay 90% of my minimum due on a credit card bill, I stil get hit with a late fee. Paid in full is the only stat that matters.

We arent talking about a credit card and minimum payment. Itec bought something for $25K, they delivered 99% of the money then, they received a reciept that implied they had paid the full amount, the want there product. If you paid $24750 for a car and went down to pick it up and the guy kept saying it wasnt ready and then 4 years later says you cant have the car (and apparently I'm not returning your money) because you are $250 short, you would go to court and win very very big. If they guy had been sending you requests for the money it might be different, but until 2006 (over 3 years after the payments) , there were no such requests that we have been shown and then in 2006 they were for much larger amounts first $7200 and then almost immdediately $8850.
