No I'm not. I'm pointing out 3 facts
1) Alan loaned money to Eyetech (source Alans interview on this site) 2) Alan paid 55 Euros for each copy of OS 4 (Source Evert in the court documents) 3) Alan paid $20 for each AmigaOne to AI (Source the 2001 contract)
