It's all about the entertainment factor. I start to find myself replying to "perceived" interpretations of these contracts. Indeed they are filled with more holes and gaps than rat eaten swiss cheese and it's easy to get into different paths of "logical conclusions". I try to limit my comments to the few facts that are agreed upon knowing than in the end the Judge's opinion is going to be the only one to fill in the hazy patches. Ah, but it's easy to get a bit carried away in such discussions, especially in a slow news month.
