Interest on $24750 exceeds $250, that was the point, two months in (at 1% a month charged by Washington courts) the interest on the money exceeds the remaining part of the money. KMOS paid an additional over 15K that Hyperion said was owed for the buyback carried out by Itec as part of trying to get this all resolved in 2006. Then Itec sends them another full $25K in 2007 and still no OS. Really think, they didnt pay them yet is a winning strategy here?
