Unless there is a prior agreement that the money goes into escrow the entire time and merchandise did not change hands, you bet there is interest coming back after a given time period (Tig says 90 days for WA, which sounds about right). Four years? Oh, there is going to be ALOT of interest payments piled up.

Years ago I won a court case against my former business partner. Under FL law, 10% APR piled up for five years till I got my money back.

Actually its 5 days before the 6 month clause, which is why they paid it then, and its after they have paid them over 40K already.
